People only comment if they have a bad experience.. Well, for balance...

I've been with Vodafone for 4 years now. Not once has my connection dropped out and not once have I been throttled. I can't have fibre due to only having the old telephone BT connections, I get
50Mb on their superfast 2 package, which is the same as any provider as they all use the same BT lines. I get a discount of £3 per month as I have a phone contract with them also. Router has been great, never disconnects and good range. I currently pay £17 per month for it, but I got that deal a few years back. (edited)

Yeah, that's the issue with this site, those with bad experiences feel the need to leave their opinion, which is fair, however not enough leave a positive opinion, puts people off, thanks for your comment

Was meant to get connected on the 4th of July, had endless amount of E-mails & messages from them & Kelly Communications before the install date since they couldn’t connect me I’ve heard NOTHING spent hours on Vodafone’s web chat & still haven’t heard back from them. Vodafone are a nightmare to get hold of, wish I would of read more reviews about their customer service. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Voting cold soz Op

They are absolutely shocking if you have a problem. The only option is bombarding them with calls (if you can find a number) and be transferred to second line support, because their whole online process ("get back to you within 24-72 hours") is about fobbing you off and hoping the problem goes away.

They even send you texts saying you'll be automatically compensated (£8-something per day of outage) on your next bill, but it never happens. You ask them about it and they respond "we could certainly consider that for you". Everything with VF is about wasting as much of your time as possible so you give up on chasing them. (edited)

Dont go with Vodafone. I've been with them for 3 years now because limited to providers in my area..I got superfamily 1 and then upgraded to superfast 2, they only give you the minimum speed.

On superfast 1 I was only getting around 17mbps on a lucky day and now on superfast 2 only get about 30/35.

Countless calls for them to sort out but they're an absolute faff just stay away

    Just noticed this
"If you’re a new or upgrading home broadband customer and you have a new or existing Pay Monthly mobile plan with us, you can get the Vodafone Together discount.
The discount will stay on your account as long as you keep both services active. We’ll text or email you if the discount is removed"

Sorry, I think I may be being stupid 🤦🏻‍♂️ can't seem to find out how to do this for existing customers. Whenever I try, it just says 'call us to upgrade your broadband'. I'm aware I won't get the gift card as I am an existing customer. I would just like the £19 broadband!

Order 3 times. They canceled every time. Without reason, even security checks been done. Not going to them anyway

If you ring them and threaten to leave then they'll offer you a deal for £22/month, if you've got a Vodafone mobile contract as well then you may get the extra £3 to get to £19. I've spent to them twice this week and been offered £21 and £22, was iyn the phone ages on the first call, second call I said I wanted to give notice and got straight to retentions.

How long does it take the voucher to be tracked as "purchased"?

Has anyone had any luck ordering any of these Vodafone deals? I have tried ordering 3 times now with no joy over past 2 weeks. Each time the order goes through fine and I get a confirmation email with an order number and precontract. But that is it and I hear nothing else. If I enter the order number in their order tracker it isn’t recognised and if I go on live chat they don’t recognise it. After this happened the first time I tried again and still getting the same results
