sorted byI've been with Vodafone for 4 years now. Not once has my connection dropped out and not once have I been throttled. I can't have fibre due to only having the old telephone BT connections, I get
50Mb on their superfast 2 package, which is the same as any provider as they all use the same BT lines. I get a discount of £3 per month as I have a phone contract with them also. Router has been great, never disconnects and good range. I currently pay £17 per month for it, but I got that deal a few years back. (edited)
They even send you texts saying you'll be automatically compensated (£8-something per day of outage) on your next bill, but it never happens. You ask them about it and they respond "we could certainly consider that for you". Everything with VF is about wasting as much of your time as possible so you give up on chasing them. (edited)
On superfast 1 I was only getting around 17mbps on a lucky day and now on superfast 2 only get about 30/35.
Countless calls for them to sort out but they're an absolute faff just stay away
