Reassuring that a breadbin is perfect for bread based products.

Can anyone confirm if pancakes can be placed in it?

An open and shut case. It doesn't and never has worked. Use linen keeps it moist, remove plastic packaging (that causes damp and mould) as surprise bread evolves (like cheese)

If you use your loaf you can manage without a bread bin.
