Since I upgraded to Windows 11. My screen keeps going to full brightness. I keep turning it down. But it goes up again. Any fixes?

"What is Internet and how to use a mouse and keyboard"

If a senior has made it all the way to 2023 without even these most basic fundamental skills, might be worth considering not to bother at this stage and to perhaps spend retirement years doing something less intensive and likely a more pleasurable outcome, rather than family members worrying about you online, Just my opinion (edited)
