Cooking Instructions
Oven cook
Instructions: Our Lemon & Pepper Fish Fillets are best oven baked straight from your freezer.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only.
21 mins to oven bake, 220°C/Fan 200°C/Gas Mark 7
Pre-heat the oven. Remove all packaging. Place product on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 21 minutes.

    Yes. Load of Pollocks isn't it? You can be certain these days that if it says fish it ain't cod But at £2 surely no-one would realistically be expecting actual cod these days? But if I'd bought this from Asda for £4.75 I think I'd be a bit miffed

    Ps I don't actually mind Pollock, especially if it's garnished/flavoured like it is here. It's not like cod is the tastiest of fish TBH. And the price of cod now is actually scandalous .. (edited)

    I bought a few of these the other day,they’re pretty good.  I actually prefer Icelands own brand equivalent of these, but they were more expensive weirdly enough, so I went for these instead.
