You have to send a minimum of 1p to a friend.
Once your friend has linked their account to a bank account, they need to send or spend a minimum of £5 for the deal to be activated and then you both, hopefully,both get £10.
I do it again to her other account (with a tweak to her email address), and she does it again!
Then she refers me up to 3 times and I set up new accounts with all my spare accounts, that's £100 ?

It says in the terms and conditions the money will be withdrawn on the first purchase used with the PayPal account if used before it expires, so if you buy a xbox dlc for £1 then you lose £9.

Mine didn't get an invite, the invite is you sending them the 1p.

It then says to ask them to sign up and they have to spend £5+. (edited)

I can't comment on that yet, it was exactly 2 weeks ago when my friend made his first purchase and people have said it can take 2-3 weeks after that. Hopefully someone else can advise.
First PayPal account - I sent £5 from my (2nd) current account to my wife,
Second ^ account - wife sent £5 to my (main) current account,
Third ^ account - daughter sent £5 to me...
It doesn't qualify if you send money to the account that 'invited' you to sign up for paypal.
Or you can just buy something from HUKD...
