I hadn't used my card in ages and then out of the blue I got some food offers, eg, 15% off when you buy.....
I used some of the offers and after that I received the freebies as listed above

They seem to use rewards as an enticement to shop more not to reward regular shoppers.

The timing of rewards seems pretty random and rewards don't seem to be based on your past purchases.

I had loads on my card - just been in and picked up free hot cross buns, wine gums, chocolate cookies and mini eggs! Got a free candle set last week as well (edited)

I don't normally get anything on my card but over the past 10 days I've had
Free breakfast roll in cafe, free pastry, frozen pastries, chocolate bars, yogurts, scones and a couple of other bits.
I spend very little in store so not sure why I had so many freebies.

Not on mine but I wonder if I don't get many offers as I don't use my card that much 🤷

You have to go into the app and select them.

No hot cross buns for me but got a free pastry last week.

Recently I've had a free scone in the cafe, free hot cross bun in the cafe, a pair of knickers, a bar of chocolate (twice), a jar of Italian chocolate creme and the sleep oil, all free

Had a few bits and bobs recently on my wife's Sparks card and mine.

Bread, pears and apples and a few competitions within the last few weeks so happy with that.

I had a free pack a few weeks ago and you can get them in the 2 for £2.50 and you still get the discount of £1.65.
