I’d assume it’s none returnable if you change your mind. They don’t have a choice if it’s broken / damaged / unacceptable condition.

I’ve ordered from there anyway, cheapest price I’ve seen. Admittedly don’t get a guarantee like RS or JL, but you do have a 5 year guarantee from LG.

Don't know about that but I just been in there and the bloke on the counter said it was 6 year and if you zoom in on the label sitting on top of the box it literally says 6 year

This is 'most likely' my TV that I returned there a couple of days ago due to it being too big. Stupidly I was sure my old Bravia was a 55" and was so convinced we upgraded last time 'from' a 48" that I didn't even measure the old one until the new one was on the cabinet.
I'm still beating myself up, as to swap it for a 48" cost us a 'retail' total of £970 (10% deducted for return and had to pay an extra £70) AND because the stand was designed by a complete idiot (you cannot fit a soundbar or speakers in front of it due to it being so low) we had to spend 'another' £20 on a stand.

Another kick in the pills was I was offered an open box C1 48" for £600 a few days before I bought the 55" but I suppose it's good to see they are passing the savings I lost to someone else.

Anyhoo I believe the version I returned had a C2 EVO panel as it had a W 4 letters in from the separator point on the model number that starts OLED.

any way to check this was your OLED tv you returned with a Evo panel because I'm based in London

According to what Ive read if it has a P OR W on the 4th letter after the separator point it is an EVO panel. I know this 48" manufactured in April has a W but unless I had an LG service remote I wouldn't be able to 100% confirm.
