You can purchase with different vendors providing the payment is made together. This may track individually, however the bonus should still show for you. If you do experience any issues after seven days, please get in touch and we will take a look.

I have asked our team to look into the bonus progression on member accounts when the cashback is at payable status. They will take a look to bring a resolution to this on accounts as soon as possible and if I hear more information I will update this post for you all

I made a purchase of £4.90 plus postage coming to £6.46, it’s showing in topcashback as a purchase of £4.87! Will this not count as a £5 spend? Thanks in advance.
Check the T&Cs at the top of this deal... "Some merchants may not include delivery charges."
Sounds like more people are affected by this, they might be getting a flood of support tickets soon.

You can buy the same tickets through another site e.g. LNER. They sell tickets for any journey, not just LNER, and there's no booking fee. GWR is another option, and there plenty of others. (edited)
