sorted byI spent a good 2 hours going over and over each part a few times on a red hot day and it came up like new
"Reviews state the clean water tank leaks and causes water to pool under the machine while in use from multiple customers. Even replacement ones sent out had the same issue. My guess is poor quality control process."

My only gripe was that when stood on a flat floor it wobbles a little, as if the base feet (which are moulded into the plastic) weren't 100% level.
Also, there's a little white foot/button/tip that's on the underside and it looks like there's meant to be another one, maybe more...
Anyone else who's received this notice if it's ever so slightly wobble/not 100% standing flat and what does the base/underside look like?
I did a web chat and the guy I spoke to said he thinks there should be another white bit and also should stand perfect, not wobble in the slightest, so he's actioned a replacement and they're sending out someone to collect the old one.
Excellent customer service and the product itself it amazing.
You do need a little elbow grease to get the best from it, but once fully dried, the results were nothing far short of astounding for such a simple to use and relatively cheap device.
