    I've been able to apply 4 to one booking online just now but you're better off redeeming them at the cinema otherwise you'll have to pay a booking fee for each ticket.

    Well I actually "went" to the cinema today (instead of just buying tickets online) and claimed loads of my perks.
    3 of us went: 3 drinks. 2 popcorns. 2 ice creams. Nachos, bags of sweets.... Cost me absolutely nothing....well apart from my normal unlimited cost.

    You were lucky then, I guess I just got a jobs worth assistant... The T's and C's do state...
    "Rewards must be collected by Wednesday 31 August 2022. Only one food or drink reward can be collected per day."
    On a separate note went and saw 'Nope' this evening. It is really bad, probably the worst film I have ever seen at a cinema! Don't waster your time imo!. (edited)

    Just in case useful to anyone you can use the free 2D companion ticket to see a film in 4DX etc and pay the difference/surcharge.

    If you're an Unlimited Member you might want to get as much use out of it as possible while you can. Especially since the share price is tanking; down 53% today alone. The future is not looking bright for Cinema at the moment.

    Do you think they will go out of business? Disney already stream the movies so near after they leave the cinema and sometimes at the same time.

    Anybody tried using the free ticket code after august? I just tried and it looks like it will work but I don’t know if it will fully book it. It accepts the code and shows at the stage before selecting seats and it shows as no cost. I haven’t gone to select the seats yet in case it doesn’t work and Iose the ability to book for that showing. The ticket does say august as well so maybe they will find out?

    I literally live 2 minutes from my local cineworld. I'm thinking of going in, getting a ticket and "watching" a movie every day. And then on the last day actually going and having a massive feast with the kids... Ha ha (edited)

    Hopefully Cineworld can’t do anything about it if people book and don’t end up going. I think this is a good deal but hopefully they will realise that they should just give the rewards out each day even if you go or not without having to book and not go like the post above says. It’s also annoying that there are not really enough films to see this month to actually go everyday to get all the rewards. So most people will miss out and the rewards have to be used up before September. It would have been better if they didn’t expire obviously.

    That's pretty much confirmation that some of these emails aren't being sent automatically and is probably a painful manual process for someone (human error).

    Yeah, I assumed you would have to tag them onto an Unlimited booking. However, I could get to the final booking fee payment page on chrome incognito mode & no unlimited membership, but didn't want to waste the ticket so didn't go all the way (not ready to book anything yet).

    Well thanks Cineworld. My Unlimited subscription just expired, no email warning it was about to expire, no option to ask me to continue my subscription, which I would have taken. I've lost all my rewards too. No wonder they are struggling. (edited)

    Hmm so I booked a ticket via the app and got the reward the following day at 9am. I physically went into the cinema yesterday and got a ticket over the counter but not received the reward today. I wander if it's based on when you get your ticket as it was quite a late showing I went to last night.

    Spoke to Cineworld customer services and they advised you're only eligible for the reward if you purchase a ticket via the app or website. E.g. no reward if you purchase at till in cinema

    Was a very painful conversation as took them a while to understand that I had actually been to the cinema last night. (edited)
