    They seem to be doing this a lot, i ordered another product that seemed very cheap.. didn't realise the items had been swopped when delivered. Went to the store because i couldn't get through on the phone. according to the guy in the store, they did have stock of the item, had even had it delivered, so they changed the item for a more expensive product under the similar product scheme.. which is nuts.

    I then, spent more than 7 hours on the phone trying to get my money back..

    I thought they sent you a voucher for the difference when they sub for a more expensive item, normally comes through a day or two later, has this stopped? Haven't shopped online for a while.

    they're pretty good about refunds.. if I get charged full price, but they give me voucher for difference I'll be happy. If not I'll complain on chat and probably get money back that way. (edited)

    They can be “creative” with the subs (they seem far less generous now) ie sun it for a tiny bag of peanuts as it’s closest in orice

    If I do click and collect 2 packs for £0.5 + £4 collection fee and there is no product to collect - will they refund the collection fee ? (I don't want to add more items and collect things I don't need without nuts) (edited)

    Looks it's a new trend in marketing.. first, provide a product at a dead cheap price with a discount code then cancel it saying not available or some other reason.. It happened for me with Samsung, WH Smith in the past week.. so no keen on this..

    They were the days cracking nuts. I used to hate it as a kid, all that time trying to crack the thing and then the nut was smashed to bits. And I used to hurt my hand in the process. It would take you an hour to get a small handful of nutty broken bits! This is a gift for someone you know that's nuts.Although at 25p I would have a go. But they have gone,,, (edited)

    Ordered yesterday for 25p, on my delivery receipt today it came up as £5.50 so I'll be sending it back. Sneaky price change with no notification.

    So it was my collection day today, my order was auto cancelled and asked to reorder where the new price was £5. I wasn’t very hopeful but didn’t expect this either good luck to the others

    They are bad. I ordered some and got confirmation email: 16 boxes for £4 and paid £4 collect cost, but they charged me £82 from bank on my collecting day, the price went up about 22 times after they confirmed the order. I went to shop to ask, the staff asked a manager and the manager asked another manager to tell me that they’re sorry, but their products prices sometimes go up overnight. They broke their contract, I had paid. Scammers! I guess it may be a mistaken price, but I have to pay patrol for their mistake.
