    Bought one of these online earlier in the year. After 6 months it started leaking at the base of the spring. Don't bother trying to use the 3 year warranty. My wife emailed them (goes to Germany I think), weeks later they asked for the order number etc, which she sent, and we heard absolutely nothing back.

    It was only when another deal for this was posted on here and someone mentioned theirs leaked in the same place as mine did, that a guy posted up how to fix it using a 14 mm spanner and tightening the nut after lifting the spring up (thanks for that btw if you're reading this). I did that and it's been fine since.

    The 3 year warranty means you find the info how to fix it on HotUKDeals and do it yourself
