We're on our third matress now. First one dipped after 3 years. Second only lasted 3 months, swear it wasn't a new one and third well we see. Only one month in and ok so far. 2 years left then getting a emma. They're ment to be alot better and don't dip. Had alot of back pain cause of simba matress. They have a new hybrid Pro which is 300 more and that may have sorted the faults. We're not even heavy couple and iv had better from argos for 200 years ago

Got one last year it's fine, people joking about stains etc, these have top layers and removal top cover replaced it's just the expensive bottom foam that's old

Tried the simba, returned within 2 weeks with springs poking in my ribs, Tried a 2800 pocket sprung from sleepeze through argos ! same story with the springs poking in my ribs returned within 2 weeks, Tried the Emma which was top quality just a little hard so returned after 2 weeks which i regretted as it was beginning to soften up, Got this one the Eve and its as Good as the Emma but my only complaint is the chemical smell ! other than that its great, So notice i returned most of the mattresses i bought within two weeks and note also they will not take a soiled mattress back so i had to use a waterproof protector sheet to make sure nothing happened to them so thats probably what your getting a mattress used for less than a few weeks, this mattress is £700 new i got mine on offer for £400 from Argos

I work for Dreams and I'd say go lie on a Sleepmatch machine in a store, it'll suggest mattresses based on your body measurements and how you sleep and gives you a good starting point in a store. You can then take the suggestions and see what you prefer on the physical mattresses and you always have your 40 day comfort exchange policy if you decide its not for you
