Good idea but a tiny bit tacky looking imo. Pre COVID I just hollowed a Pineapple out (using a nifty pineapple tool)filled and chilled with a bottle of (Aldi) Malibu, chucked a few straws in and passed it to the girls in the Hot tub Had to add a bit more pineapple juice as it was a little to strong but got lots of Brownie points in the end 8) Pineapple hollower if you never seen them
Dithered for a while yesterday on whether price.vs.quality was an issue, then thought ‘sod it’ - bought. So glad I did, price has doubled now, worth a gamble. Wait & see if it was!
You gotta hand tighten flexis to the tap before feeding the other end of the flexis down the hole. Taps have a 5 year guarantee. But wanted to know what spare ceramic mixer part I would need to swap out with.
Fitted one of these for the mother in law a few weeks ago... got a smile from her so must be the best tap in the world (lol)
I read the reviews and ordered this tap with adaptors when I bought it a month ago. But the tap came with the correct adaptors in the box. The extra ones I ordered were the wrong type anyway (annoyed) !
Exactly. But it is also a good camping tool. You’re not going to take you’re stone with you camping.
Depends what you're sharpening and how much you want to spend, there's plenty of option's out there but if you're wanting to keep an edge on your kitchen knives, not this (lol)
Which sharpener would you recommend?
Yup, another gimmicky product. If you want a small knife sharpener to ruin your knives, there's plenty out there that will be much more suitable than this - unless I'm wrong, this has to be hand held and doesn't appear to have anything to stabilise it when you're sharpening it....
Meet the all-in-one keg machine that serves the best draft beer you’ll get at home. The PerfectDraft Stella Artois Starter Bundle includes: 1 x PerfectDraft keg machine1 x Stella Artois Per…
They do this in Belgium, but I’ve had my machine for more than 10 years now and it’s pretty clear recently it’s a racket. Loads of places used to do them then beerhawk came on the scene and all the wholesalers stopped being able to get the kegs. Any shop that does sell them effectively buys from beerhawk anyway who unsurprisingly are directly owned by inbev.
How much bad do you want to say? They are expensive to purchase and the beers are expensive for a single keg. The true cost of a pint is obfuscated so much that you need Rachel Riley to work it out. Their customer support could be better from my experience. But most people already know that before purchasing. The only backhander I get is £5 per keg if I return it (lol)
You can't say much bad about these machines on Facebook or on here, since the AbInBev (Budweiser) marketing team will get your comments taken down. However, ill press ahead, hopefully the popularity of these things peaked during covid and they start reducing the kegs to a more fair price, like they are on the continent. Stop ripping off the UK market, and I'll probably buy one. Funny how comments on this thread are heavily moderated. Backhander from Budweiser?
Was just following on from your comment :D I've recently finished off a Jaipur, it was nice but I'm more of a Cali Pale person. Picked up a Drunken Sailer to try in this order. Didn't think I'd be ever typing that (lol)
I love my PD machine, so think you might have quoted the wrong chap. You can also buy short dated kegs, which knocks another £5-10 off a keg, and once your getting down to £2 a pint, that's not far off £1 a hipster can levels. Anyway, there is no real comparison, I wouldn't load this up with Tennants, the pints of Jaipur are the best I've ever had, pub or otherwise (y)
There are tiles and there are tiles, metro tiles vary in cost and quality from about £6 -£25 per m2, if there anything like B&Q tiles which are different shades and sizes in the same box, I’ll pass
In Reading store at least, there are quite a few offers together with this, e.g. half price meet ball in the Cafe or discounted in kiosk and store, some famility activities. It saves me more than £14 today, so thanks a lot OP!
I think twice before buying anything IKEA for £0.99 on eBay
Is there a QR code? The terms mentionDamaged, defaced, illegible, copied or altered QR codes will not be accepted. But elsewhere it implies you just use your family card
It's the cost of living crisis, you should see how much it costs to bring a family member into the world at the moment.
Exeter is very south, it's more southerly than it is westerly given how long the UK is.
