sorted byMy efforts got shot down pretty quickly "This is affiliate, we can't match this" even after I mentioned their offer on their direct website for £25 for the same service she initially denied that and wanted me to offer the £25 only on a 12month term.
I was about to give up then she offered me 100MBit for £25.
Their internet service is great but as an existing customer for years I do not feel valued. Shame.
I appreciate things take time but I dislike the disingenuousness which has not enamoured me to their company.
