    I took this deal 9 months back still paying them money every month for no network no service and rubbish customer service dont take it

    Thanks OP. I see on the TCB site that 'Cashback is only available for new Customers'. My existing Three 12m contract has just ended. Does this mean I need to cancel the existing contract then apply for the new one to get C/B?

    Yes to have to move elsewhere then come back to three to retain your existing number .
    It also helps if you haven’t used this or similar offer before to avoid purchase being rejected

    3 is the worst network going at the moment IMO. Been with them over 15 years and coverage seems to be getting worse by the day.

    I have taken out 2 Three contracts through Topcashback. One paid a much lower amount than advertised (only £5) and the other was declined. Be aware that you may not receive the advertised cashback amount. (edited)

    Also i fine whatsapp messages take a lot longer to come through on Huawei, Honor, iPhone and Oppo devices than with other networks

    I'm better off with this. I'm on 100gb and pay £10pm. I use on average about 23gb each month according to the Three app so this tariff would be perfect. No problems with the data in Yorkshire
