You have to have a Totum card. Then you can access the page. As others have posted it’s easy and cheap to get a Totum card. Even if not a “real” student (edited)

For US students it's $499. Apple has up the price in the UK this time.

US price doesn't include sales tax, which can be up to 20%.

    £539.00

    16 GB Unified Memory = + £180 24 GB Memory = +£360

    Also Upgraded SSDD Storage 512GB +£200 1TB = + £380

    So Mac Mini M2 with say 24 GB memory and a 1Tb SSD = £ 1279

    Or 16GB Memory and 512 SSD =£ 919

These are such great little computers, my m1 just died a week ago, took it to Apple for repair but after changing the psu it still wouldn’t turn on then they quoted £480 for a new logic board, can’t see myself not getting a replacement m2 at this price, though I’d advise just paying the £39 for Apple care.

I can probably get one cheaper through KRCS with NHS and their own discount, but could get the Apps for Education bundle at £199 still via the education link. Not sure if buying via the US Store still works for less?

Turns out you can register for Totum as a member of a professional body too, albeit for a £14.99 fee (15 months), £24.99 (2 years) or £34.99 (3 years).

Is it just the standard up to 10% discount on say the Mac Mini Pro M2 for those already registered on the site? Wanting to see if worth signing up.

Do you do finance for purchases too in the standard Apple way with Barclays or similar?

It's been this price using totum since it released.
No doubt a good system for that money, albeit that the storage is miserly.

As posted previously above.  Only accessible once you are a Totum member.

The route to this deal starts with becoming a Totum card holder.  Many posts on previous deals in the past  have outlined how easy it is to become a Totum card holder

You can get a new 16GB version for £700 on eBay. Personally I'm running a Beelink SER5 5500U with Windows 11(16GB RAM included - I later expanded to 40GB) which I love. It cost me £320 delivered from Amazon and I can expand the RAM/NVMe drive or add an extra internal 2.5" SSD. I think these small Beelink units are the future of PCs for most users. (edited)

Think I might bite. I saw some people say the m1 version had problems with multi monitor setups. Ideally I'd like to use this with my 3x27" 4k monitors, preferably through a kvm, but I can cope without if I must as my brief research seems to show they're crazy expensive for 3x monitors setups.

I see 2 USB C and 1 HDMI ports on this m2 mac mini. My monitors are dp or hdmi input, has anyone used a USB type c converter to one of these at all? Thanks

You can get up to 2 monitors connected natively, using the hdmi out and an adaptor on one of the USB-C ports. That's a limitation of the M1/M2 non-Pro chips. The methods to get extra monitors on them are with a DisplayLink solution which is a hardware+software solution connecting extra display through network connections, so depending on what you want to do it may or may not be good for you.

Getting discount, or TOTUM Card is allegedly ‘simple’, ‘easy’, ‘free’, uhm - anything but in my experience.

Is offer eligible to TOTUM Digital, TOTUM Pro or TOTUM Student, or TOTUM - what are the differences ?? Very confusing ?? Should I just try to buy all cards… I’ve no idea.

What other memberships are needed to redeem any given TOTUM Offer ?? What other T&C’s Apply ?? Minefield.

What free courses are eligible for each TOTUM Card/Membership ?? Does Reed.co.uk count, or Open Learn, or Shaw Academy (which no longer exists, try UpSkill), or Centre of Excellence, etc.. one course for £699 says accredited, but have no idea if that is elogible for TOTUM, and wipes out any saving.

What does Apple Student Education Store have to say… NO, does not count, you will be independently verified.

I think the TOTUM Reviews on Apple App Store, give fair reflection on TOTUM Membership, many dissatisfied, with comments expressing rip off fees.

I think I been trying to gain eligibility for one of these schemes for best part of a decade, yet to get anywhere - other than back to where I started. IQ tests in last 18 months put me in range of 144-163, but then I do have; Aspergers, ADD, c-PTSD, Learning Difficulties, SME, etc.. Don't know what I'm missing to get a discount off a Mac, although clearly missing a lot in other areas.
