So how do this product actually work for some people? Placebo is the answer.
My tips for anxiety:
Meditation training - which I describe as thought training, doesn't stop you thinking that's not possible, but it teaches you that you can choose to react to thoughts or not which is the most powerful way of treating anxiety. Improve diet
Moderate, light exercise. Get out in nature more.
