Good panel, especially with Dell Display Manager. No VESA mounting though and stand isn't really adjustable so ergonomics and such are useless. It was this price at the start of February too, so got a couple for the office and the staff seem happy.

Hello Tom. It does state it has a VESA mounting point and the removable panel on the back will be where it's located.

But why? This monitor is 60Hz, which HDMI 2.0 can support at 4k. What extra does 2.1 offer?
these standards are all very confusing (edited)

I really don't want a massive 32" screen on my desk, my current 24" is plenty big enough but I would go to 27".

Any suggestions for a cheapish 27" 4k monitor for mostly office type work and the occasional game? Or would a 2k monitopr be sharp enpuogh at that size, as there seems to be a few of them about?

2k is honestly good enough, having something like 4k in a smaller form factor may just end up hurting your eyes

    Shame no hdmi 2.1.

HDMI 2.1 would be pointless on this monitor.
