There hasn’t been coal far in this soap for many many years unfortunately the powers that be decided it causes cancer. I found it the best soap ever in the good old days I smelled nice and fresh and didn’t see ant kind of spot now it says coal tar fragrance. (edited)

I tried some real birch-tar soap last year; that stuff is seriously smelly. It's like washing with a bonfire

Love this soap. My dad swore by it. It’s a strong scent. Kinda like TGel shampoo but it’s really cleansing. U feel clean after washing with this in my opinion

Makes a nice air freshener for a bathroom / the whole house ..especially in the first few days .

Wash with this...then slap on some TCP..and you'll smell real good

Personally I'm don't negotiate handshakes with TCP, as I prefer the BitTorrent protocol.

But far as slapping on trichlorophenylmethyliodosalicyl is concerned, I prefer the obnoxious pungence of Old Spice.
