Reduced on Amazon by just over £30.
I've just ordered one of these, as many of us will remember the bunfight and increased prices last summer. Reviews seem to be good.

At 10000 btu this should be enough for the average bedroom, office or small living room. Bigger rooms will obviously need more powerful units.

HOMCOM 4-In-1 Mobile Air Conditioner W/Remote Control Cooling Dehumidifying Ventilating White - 10000BTU

I've seen cheaper at same btu at the moment, but generally they're graded units rather than brand new.

Thanks for sharing. Tempting but this got down to £229.49 April last year, so I think I'll hold off for a couple more weeks to see if any drop to a similar amount 🤞

I saw that on camel, thought damn, very good price. But I would differently find something because last year, I was looking for AC and every where I looked, it was out of stock or too expensive like £700+ plus expensive. Since we will only use the AC for a few days of the year, many people will be on the hunt for one so differently pick one up. I brought this but have 30 days to return if I find something better and Amazon return policy is great as well.

Hope y'all bought ear defenders with these too - and you're on the Octopus Tracker tariff

When you find a fully fledged air con unit that doesn't use electricity, let me know

Managed to get this one a week before the crazy temps last year for £200. Pretty much same specifications it seems. Had to buy a window seal to stop as much cool air escaping around the hose as possible and it sounded like an airplane but considering the room and and 40°odd i don't regret having bought at all even if it only gets used a few days a year.

Let us know feedback when you get it, as I would like to get one before the summer too

Hi, on the hunt for Portable AC, something above 9000 BTU, do you know if this comes with warranty? Also, how are you liking this so far??

It’s Amazon, so regardless of seller policy, it will be covered by their repair or replace policy after the first month.

Mine arrives later this week, but reviews look good. (edited)

I might give it a couple of weeks to see if any offers, nothing on longer range forecasts saying it will be especially hot this month

Price has gone up - also I noticed this needs draining whereas I’ve seen lower price / same btu which are self evaporating.
