    Definitely rate big Clive.

    I've examined quite a few of the generic copies and I haven't found any that have been on par with Wago. Some have brittle connectors both the plastic and metal parts and one had such powerful blades that it almost cut all the way through the copper wire and you could pull the wire out with next to no force

    I enquired about the 'other 25', and they apologised and said they are refunding £4.

    It looks like that has gone through, and they have actually refunded £4 + VAT. The order invoice now includes:

    Grand Total:
    £7.99
    Refund Total:
    £4.80

    So, I'm not complaining, as I think that's a pretty reasonable outcome. (edited)

    Was 2x25 delivered? I am still waiting for my delivery. The listing states pack of 50, I am sure Amazon CS will be able to help you (get 50% refunded at least).

    I've only received 25 as well. Have contacted the seller to see what response I get, otherwise might have to go through Amazon Chat help. Clearly says 'pack of 50' in my order history and '1 x 25' on my delivery slip.

    only received 25 too, I'd have rathered 50 or a cancellation, so I could have sourced my required number from somewhere else even if it costed more.

    Seems like the seller had a pricing mistake, and is now doctoring the paperwork to lead to a half baked solution so they don't get penalised and maybe delisted from amazon.

    Have you messaged the sellers?

    They may be hoping that lots of buyers won't notice, so you do need to contact them.

    To everyone who WILL get 25 just contact the seller and within 24hrs you will get £4.80p back so you got 25 for £3.19p.happy days ( unless you wanted 50)

    But most people ordered what they needed and now don't have that. I'm going through Amazon. Hoping for better and this con-artist seller to have some action taken against them.

    Edit: My tactic paid off. Amazon got them to contact me directly and they've offered to send me 27 (I only had 23 on my packet) or a partial refund. I went with the 27 additional units. (edited)
