I dislike the shark entirely over the Dyson.
For what it's worth you can't really feel the shark working although it appears to do a reasonable job.
The Dyson requires you to squeeze the trigger and the shark has a switch for carpet and an extra setting for lino and tiles.
I would choose a Dyson for the above reasons.
Every product/accessory was wrapped and main unit even had various labels/stickers to peel off before use.
On a side note the performance is just amazing. I was shocked as to how much dust was in my carpet that wasn't picked up before

Ours arrived in a plain box with everything wrapped up in paper. The manual is a bit battered but not a big deal. Looks in excellent condition rather than very good though. It is missing the brush that attaches to the upholstery attachment. Has anyone else got one? It looks like a generic one and an older one we have doesn’t fit either. Will try the hoover but interfered if anyone else’s came without as the manual doesn’t actually specify what’s included either. Looks good though. Cheers.
I was given a tracking number, but never dispatched to the courier.
Today received an apology from the seller on eBay, who is in the process of reordering it for me.
Opened a case with eBay as a backup, -- keeping an eye on it for me.

Interested to know if yours works well on carpets as Which seems to think it is better on hard floors.
Received within 2 days. Came in a plain brown box with al the separates wrapped in brown paper. Battery looks new, as well as 2 of the accessories. The hand unit is clearly used but clean, as well as the carpet bit. Didn't come with a pet tool or bag so messaged them and the two were already delivered yesterday.
For the price, I'm happy with it. I also got an email sent saying thanks for registering your product and it seems to be for 5 years (2 years for battery) as well so all good.
I'm changed over from an older Dyson V6 so lets see if it's an improvement but so far so good.
They only thing negative is not being able to hang it like the Dyson. I've fashioned something and attached it to the wall but wondering whether it's designed to be hanged and whether it could cause damage. I'm hanging it by the "lipped" bit at the back. Anyone else hanging theirs? (edited)
