All Shark Discounts, Offers and Sale - August 2018
C3 is made in Germany as displayed on the vacuum itself. Even if it is made in china doesn't mean it's not good quality.
I have Miele for about 3 years now. It's perfection.
Says I have to collect and can’t enter the code :(
Incan only comment from having a shark and couldn’t go back to a cylinder. They are very versatile
From your link: “Currently Miele produces S190, S700 S4, and S5 series vacuum cleaners here.“ The vacuum I was discussing is a C3 series and I believe assembled in Bielefeld: https://www.productfrom.com/product/956119-miele-complete-c3-powerline-vacuum-cleaner I didn’t ask for a know it all to post an inane link, it was a simple and balanced question.

Email/phone the company, give them the model number and they will hopefully answer your query.
so if its the suction , it should be doing a great. i certainly looked over the web to give to able to give the suction power!! no info clogging ( more to with the type of debris not too worried these) in any-case a kind person should be able to unload the info page hopefully it's in there! if anyone can help thanks in advance 🙏
Its mainly the suction, the filters clog very easily even if you are emptying it every day. I used it 2-3 times and my wrist and elbow were definatley not jhappy with it, though I am over 60 I`m fairly fit, manouvering it between furniture and all the wee twists is quite repetetive and I do think it will cause quite a few people problems after they have used it for a while.
Your lucky , i wasnt so much . Think ill call cosco tom see what they say .
Shark are great from my experience. 5 year warranty too.
I didnt have the receipt , read a few reviews about Shark and they werent good so prob gave up too easily .
Thank you , i didnt return it to cosco because i didnt have the receipt . Ill maybe give them a wee call see what they say .
Got this vacuum. And have had a small trial around the house. First impressions good. Like others say, appeared to pull dirt and dust that my previous bagged upright had left behind. Decided we were filthy pigs. But the collection chamber is small and see through so it easily accentuates the collected dirt. +ves Easy to empty and disassemble/assemble. Simple to get to and remove and clean the beater bar. In lift mode (when the body is detached from the base) it is lightweight enough to hold in one hand with hose in the other. The power cord is a good length. It doesn't smell or irritate as much as my previous. But the filters are new and likely clean. -ves Feels plasticy. Looks horrid. Plastic chrome is fugly. Not sure if the landing lights are needed - they may as well have these with a left-right swooshing neon, to make it look like a Cylon. The main torso is so lightweight I question what's actually in it. Maneuverability is okay. It's a bit unwieldy and doesn't feel that nice to use. In lift mode, it easily falls over. I haven't worked out if there is a way to lift the beater bar as my previous model to adjust for different carpet pile lengths. The collection chamber is small - very small, and the hose is quite narrow near the head. Wouldn't suit large items in clean up jobs. I was quite impressed with the simplicity, ruggedness and build quality of my last ancient upright. The internals were just a motor and the rest hardened plastic housing/piping. But I think the age had eventually worn the motor. I did try and totally disassemble - but it still didn't pick up well and sounded bad. The downfall of the old bag designs seems to be quickish clogging that leads to loss of suction. And they smell and expel dust. For now the Shark seems to be doing a better job than the old, but I'm already dreading it going wrong and having to pay for postage. Fingers crossed it will last. I wouldn't want to spend more money than this on a vacuum. And I do regret buying it already, even at this price, I got sucked in on this 'hot deal'. Other reviewers here and on Amazon seem to be happy with theirs, and I'll just have to trust their endorsement and hope they aren't shill accounts. When you have the product in hand it feels a little like snake oil. With hindsight I should have saved my money and bought a £50 Hoover.
personna GT6 razor me thinks
Just beware they changed the head on these recently and thus making the old one redundant. However they still call it the same name and the new ones arent as good as the previous blades...
I bought boyf Astra Superior Platinum (Green pack) and Gillette Yellow O'Clock Blades to go with his Edwin Jagger for a few years, but he's defected to the dark side now...
Sorry, but I'm a Gilette man, I did try those Lidl razors once, they just didn't do it for me. But in terms of a deal, it just goes to show that it is possible to make reasonibly priced razors.
These are made by Dorco for the likes of Aldi, Lidl, etc. I find them far superior to the likes of Gillette, Wilkinson Sword etc. They just suit my skin/face more than the others.
£2.99 at Screwfix
Bolle safety glasses from amazon at about £6-7. Bargain glasses perfect for cycling.
Why won’t anyone think of the pupils?
Please, protect your eyes won't you.
Fab I ordered one from amazon for 245 so that's going back and I've gone for the upgrade. Cheers op
thanks just ordered one
Think the comments above speaks volumes. Volumes of dust that shark will suck up no problem.
We opted to pay the extra £30 and buy the AX910UKB version as we are a family of four and two cats. So glad we went for this. Really light to use when split and really happy how this performed. In fact I thought our previous one did well, how wrong we were! I would of gone down the G-Tech route but felt this covered all bases in one set up. In fact also paid up for the car cleaning set which is great not just for that but also cleaning all the gadgets.
Have thought about one of these to replace my dyson but I am also tempted to get a g-tech. Does anyone have any recommendations
These vacuums are incredible
I posted a deal from Costco for exact same one and it gone cold. The only different is the price. £280 Vs £380.
My daughter bought the cordeed version of this and it is CR*P and having used it twice I think these types of Hoover’s will cause a lot of Repetetive Strain Injury problems to wrists as these need a lot of wrist movement to guide them and the weight of the motor is hand held. Especially for the older people, having said that the older ones will have more sense than to buy something like this in the first place lol
£380! Are yousucking crazy
Normal price was £300+ Including pet attachment few months ago it came down to £270 on sale and I bought it as I looked and it didn’t go any cheaper than that. £270 is the price everywhere currently so this is the sale price
Isn't this the normal price that's always advertised on tv?
any good for carpet?
Has this deal expired now
My Dyson is working but a deal is deal, so gonna try shark for the first time.
I’ve been looking at the sharks and the Bosch ones on and off for at least a year now. I have a cyclinder Dyson and it’s so cumbersome and the suction isn’t amazing, but I tried a Morphy richards cordless last year and it was rubbish. anyone switched from Dyson to this model and would recommend? I would be intending to use it as my primary vacuum and getting rid of the Dyson
I have the NV800UKT duo clean lift away true pet. Would definitely recommend a shark to anyone
No band 20. Thanks for this. I really wish this was high-lighted on all phones without it.
I was looking at this phone a month ago, few things that made me look away: *No b20 - not an issue for some but not sure how this will affect coverage when roaming *At the time, no way to root These may not be a problem for everyone, but was for me.
Could be either a faulty unit or as you said a bad translate. My only off put is Gear best I wouldn't trust them with £400+. I know I'm covered with PayPal etc.
this is 120£ more expensive.. ..and there is no big difference on it
That’s not a deal that’s a standard online price I paid months ago
Just bought one of these to replace our gtech. We have a mix of flooring (wood and carpet), but I’ve got to say straight away it’s better than the gtech in many ways. We bought at the price as above.
Alternatively you can get last year's model (which is more powerful) for £169 via their eBay outlet. Still comes with 5 year warranty and you can buy the pet tool from them for £14.99, so a decent saving. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Shark-Powered-Lift-Away-Vacuum-Cleaner-with-DuoClean-NV800UK-5-Year-Guarantee/182718096604?epid=9010620065&hash=item2a8ad8e4dc
Had a lone of this hoover for few weeks and it really is fantastic. I don’t have a pet but the pet attachments make the stairs so much easier. And it’s great for the car too. Thanks OP
It's dust bin is very small need to empty 3 times for a small three bedroom house.
You got to be 18!!!! That’s why I’m gutted, would of sent my 17 yr old lad with his makes for the weekend!!! Ahhhh
July weekends are still available. just don't book through the offer. click the link from here. click the thorp park logo. click book. select dates and you will see every day in July is available. that's how I did mine (pirate)
2nd day till 11am
I thought you'd be buzzing... Knowing you can kick him out and enjoy the rest of your life ;)
Park flying today, I'm still using box goggles. But it's getting close to some decent ones. Fancy the HDO's but all my cameras are 16.9 so the ev200d or the aomway's would be spot on like the idea of the big fov on the ev200d so it's really wait to see
Spent the summer flying L.O.S awaiting ev200 news. Can't wait for fpv, this is a great price but I'm gonna hold on despite the temptation! Heat given.
Getting quite good reviews on the ev200d but getting some critical reviews on screens and optics.
Fatshark reliability and aftersales service vs. the new EV200 with larger FOV switchable 16x9 or 4x3 display and better diversity receiver options to mention only some of the extra features which should be available soon for about the same price. The competitors are catching up by not launching new fpv goggles without development, sending pre-production samples to reviewers for testing and suggestions on improvements to functions and fittings, like making sure the nose aperture is large enough to fit most faces on the final production version. Lets hope Fatshark remains the Apple of FPV not the GoPro of FPV. XD
The connected cable for the flying drone must be bloody long.
Awesome news good to hear! :)
It does, it does. I got a mi mix 2s today. What a cracking phone, and i got it at a cracking price. Well happy.
Ouch! Yeah it makes buying from a UK seller more sensible when you've been stung like that.
No problem, I've just got an amaze fit Bip watch from Joybuy, and got charged £15, made the watch not worth the price, suffice to say, I won't be using joybuy again, not to avoid anything, just because there's no value in it, unless it's under £20.
Thanks mate :)
Thanks yeah, pc code and DRM added to title.
Worth adding this is PC only
You should put in the title it's about PC version and DRM is Rockstar Club not Steam.
Our girls (5 and 8 ) love playing on this but a word of warning.... be prepared for your lawn to be turned into a muddy bog at the exit end of the slipway after about an hour of use.
Just goes to show how a brand name becomes the term used for a vaccum cleaner. Hoover is also an actual word, so it's not specifically using the company name.
I have heard that the power output of the motor in the Gtech mk2 is only 100 watts. Is that true? Seems very low compared to other cordless vacuums.
Air Ram MK 2
No only reserved. I never pre-pay at Argos. Their returns process is horrible too imho. Thanks for the info.
