This is for the Nordic (QWERTY) Layout which is almost identical to the British English layout but for about £80 less. I would snap this up but recently got the K100.

  • World's Fastest Keyboard - Overtake standard mechanical keyboards as OmniPoint 2.0 delivers 11x faster response and 10x swifter actuation.
  • Customize Every Keystroke - Precisely adjust the registration depth of every key to the nearest 0.1MM, going from speedy 0.2MM touches to deliberate 3.8MM presses.
  • 2-in-1 Action Keys - Program two different actions for the same key, such as walking with a light touch and sprinting with a deeper press.
  • 60% Form Factor - Streamlined design saves desk space and leaves more room for mouse movement, retaining full-size keyboard capabilities with side-printed functions.
  • Durable PBT Keycaps - Long-lasting double shot PBT keycaps provide a high-quality texture for enhanced keystroke feel and improved typing accuracy.

Great price point for a small difference in layout. The difference between Nordic and UK

For folks put off by the language, Steelseries Engine software lets you change the base language of the Keyboard too. Obviously keycaps would need to be changed also but can very much recommend the Steelseries Puddings!

This is the old version produced in 2019. It is not the updated 2023 version so most of the specs shown are not correct.
You do not get - PBT keys, Omnipoint 2.0, textured keys, 0.2 to 3.8mm adjustment

Edit: see the below reply as such:

To update - the keyboard came today and it does actually seem to have the 0.2-3.8 mm adjustment, so maybe it was updated with firmware and driver and such

so maybe the specs are correct??

any other questions I don't mind answering

    ----------

It appears their website has conflicting info
    steelseries.com/gam…tkl

This is the link for the non-2023 version

to take an example, at the top it claims this:
"Customize the sensitivity of every key from a speedy 0.2mm to a deliberate 3.8mm"

This is then backed up in the imagery that shows a picture stating the same
    50026418_1.jpg

but in the 'switches' spec at the bottom:
"Actuation Point0.4mm to 3.6mm (Read adjustable mechanical switch blog post)"

    ---
I would assume that this version has the 'older spec' so in this example case the 0.4mm-3.6mm
but maybe I am wrong - the amazon page echoes these potential conflicts (edited)

Got this thanks, and I'll be replacing the keycaps with HyperX Pudding Keycaps, so won't be able to tell it is even a nordic layout.

I would say that Nordic layout is very very similar to English UK QWERTY layout, just a few additional markings on certain character keys but understand not for everyone.

Once you've had a Steel Series keyboard, you won't want any other brand. I love my Apex 7.
