sorted byI've been trying to get an NHS dentist for six years after I was removed from my old dentists list, for not attending within 18months....despite them not sending reminders even after I informed them that I needed them due to ADHD and menopause brain fog
You gotta be careful though, once this sets it ain't for moving. I replaced the side of a tooth that broke off with this about 6 months ago and it hasn't budged since!

If I eat too much or break a leg doing parkour then probably should pay something, but if I can't see then there's not much I could have done to avoid that
Metal picks are really useful, but probably not for teeth, try some TEPE dental brushes instead
