sorted byPowerbanks are only about 70% efficient
if it stores 10000 mah, and you charge a second identical powerbank from the first it will only fill up to 70%
The rest is lost to heat and voltage conversion - thats why they feel warm when you use them (edited)
I'll just have to try again next time it drops in price.
