What’s the chances of this size arriving twisted and bent? I’m thinking it would be low?

Just one? In jewsons theres a high chance of twists. Because customers sort through them in store. Leave all the twisted ones and take all the straight ones. When delivery drivers are loading them, they just take them off the top (ones left behind). I'm guessing it will be very similar here. Unless they have a separate stick for deliveries

I went in and got some. Had to search through to find ones that were straight and without massive knots. However, although labels said c16 they were actually stamped on the wood as c24.

Don't even do C&C, just check stock on the website and go in and choose it yourself

This. I've recently used similar from Wickes and some of the stock is awful, full of huge knots on edges etc.
    Head in store and choose

If it’s treated it’s probably not ok for raised beds I suppose. I need to get some untreated I think.

It says "pressure treated" in the description so should be fine. But they would make for very low raised beds. (edited)
