Highly recommend courier broker? Who to use

What company do you recommend typically they are much and such probably all crooks.
let’s say one popular one in the uk have used for over 12 years and used plenty times are chasing me a payment issued about 4 weeks ago for a parcel delivered last dec 2022. I have told them where to go and they have broken my trust with them.

They are still are my most liked place to use but using them again might have issues with not paying an outstanding invoice which I believe is a scam on there part, and it’s 9 months to long and to late.

They do occasionally get the bad reviews of similar issues.
But I do believe they are well priced out there and always have been.

parcelmokey seems expensive.

parcelhero seem ok depending on who courier you use, but does make you wonder how there prices are so cheap say for fedex compared to other similar services and fedex themselves.
They also get a load of bad reviews and they somehow are able to charge people extra fees by taking money from there accounts if wrong.

parcels2go I found was not that cheap and reviews are hit or miss.

Even what I’m sending with couriers directly was not that cheap when some mentioned that sometimes it’s cheaper going with them direct.

My boxes are going to be one at just over 13 kg so round it off to 14kg and otter is just over 7kg so say 8kg.

Having used interparcel all these years I have found them excellent, well priced and great to deal with, and never once an issue. But I do believe they run this scam now where I have read it’s happening to many.
So I am very reluctant to use again, well I have while I had just got that invoice sent about 4 weeks ago now was in the process of sending three large boxes and it went ok.
But who is to say they not send me another invoice 9 months later, i am just glad they can’t access or use my card.

As much as I want to try parcelhero they seem as bad or if not worse it seems pot luck if not your scammed into paying extra later.
it seems with interparcel you have to prove all sorts but if you ask them there proof they can’t provide.
I have never took proof of anything in over 12 plus years in doing this but my recent shipment with them I did after reading online about it.
I took weights and sizes of all boxes I sent recently and will do this in future whoever I deal with.
I know for a fact my info is always accurate.
By the way if I never mentioned it this was for uk to australia shipping and express is always the option and preference.

Also prices im sure start to rise sometime in November cause it’s that time of year so sooner I do this the better and obviously would want it to go before the crazy time of year lol.

OP - I am aware this is your third attempt in as many weeks to discuss this but can you possibly make it a bit easy to answer the question by not putting up a wall of text every time?

I got to the second paragraph and had to give up, I couldn't make sense of what was being said 🤷🏻‍♂️ When I saw there was more and more of it I had to bail!

I don’t see anything wrong with this,  ok yes a rant with another company for obvious reason I don’t wish to pay.
Would you pay an invoice on a parcel delivered 9 months previously?

And my asking was who you recommend to send with now as others I mentioned are not that hot in pricing or have there issues as well like charging people then claiming it cost more and taking money off them again for the extra.

So sounds like not many send parcel overseas or have experiences with these types of businesses?

You say they are chasing you for something you sent 9 months ago? You obviously have receipts/proof of payment/bank statement/credit card statement? Sort that out then go back to them if you like their service. Otherwise bite the bullet, pick one and cross your fingers.

At first I thought it was a scam email as customer services did not know of it, I asked to chat with them but I can’t or not allowed to lol.
So then I contacted billing who told me the invoice is correct and due to a the package being more heavy than stated.
back in oct I was given opportunity to pay 7 days early and I think instead of £68 approx can’t remember exact that the admin fee will be waived so around £43 ish my figures might be off.
But I well clued up and not some newbie and very careful.
To come back after delivering the parcel 9 months later i I’m a polite way where to go.
They have not been pushy ie emailing me or demanding money etc etc but I did ask to talk to ceo. Weeks ago.
I got a customer relations officer who said i would need to write a letter and sent to the address she had for the director?
I said I work overseas and don’t have time for this and that they can pass it on. They said this only way I can contact top of tree lol.
its 2023 who writes letters these days an email who be done in a flash.
I have recently said they provide me with evidence if they can’t then I will class this as harassment etc and take this further i not had any reply.
I believe they are not so great dealing with such things it’s not the first time they have done this and sometimes ignore your emails.
i am actually shocked that it’s come to this after years of business from my way.
If this happens often or now and again then it’s time they scan check parcels are right when received and any issues take pics etc and sort it out then.
Not sending you a invoice 9 month so after a parcel was delivered.

I have read stories that they email customers with legal action and all sorts to get there money ask customer to prove the weight and sizes of boxes.
I have never done this ever but I did start reading about other issues people had who where asked to prove it there end. Most never had such evidence.
Customer asked them to prove it they said they did not have to.

Since reading these stories I had
three big boxes I planning to send and soon after this invoice was given and just did that took weight and size just incase.

And if using them again or similar services I will be doing this going forward.
I have no idea if it’s a scam they say it’s the couriers have done an audit and that’s why they have been sent invoice and it’s courier who is asking for it not them.
Maybe they pay couriers but regardless they should check each and every parcel that comes and goes.
As what happens if everyone decides to just send a parcel bigger and heavier than it really is lol.

I know mine are always right but I can’t prove this as never needed to over 12 years using them.
But I sure will be providing it from now on.
I want to send two big boxes again of which I have sizes and weights as evidence but I’m bit worried they hold me to ransom with my outstanding invoice.
there are other places to use but these are best priced always have been.
