Amazon black Friday 50% off lies

Remember they are just clearing old stock and will falsely state a discount percentage with a deal expiry date to get you to buy .

Always use camelcamelcamel to see through the price buffoonery

This crucial hard drive for instance

Remember it's all smoke and mirrors.

RRP is set by the manufacturer and it doesn't mean it was last for sale at that price.

Are you suggesting that the op is effectively lying more than amazon? Irony.

    Confused by this post.
It actually shows completely opposite of what op is trying to demonstrate!?
Quick Google and you can see prices at other retailers.
Do you really go by prices something that was sold a year ago? what if it was only 1 item and offer lasted 3 minutes?
If you need an item, research and buy. or you going to wait for price from 1999, then you don't really need it do you!?

Amazon black Friday 50% off lies

A deal offering 50% off lies will be very attractive to politicians looking to re-sell,
and if the public doesn't buy the lies then the politicians can take advantage of extended Christmas returns and obtain full refund up to end January.

But sounds like a Keepa rather than return.

This is a trick all retailers use; providing it is available for purchase at the higher price for 28 days they can play with the price as much as they like and claim a saving off the very first original price. It’s a loophole DFS and Currys have been using for decades.

Hopefully one day the mass general public will see through it and stop being blindsided by the corporate scumbag tricksters.
