Amazon Customer Service Online chat?

Hi, I'm looking for a link or something for me to contact Amazon Customer service. I need to speak to a person and not one of the chat bots or a telephone number. Can anyone help? Thanks

Usually bottom of the chat box is icon of person.

There's a generic Amazon contact search result - even includes shock/horror mention of telephone contact

If you have an account, you can even request a call back. They respond almost instantly.

Spent 5 frustrated minutes earlier trying to get to the point it allowed a chat for me earlier off this page. It isn't as easy as it used to be it seems vis the android app.
