Hello Everyone, The offer is for 100% cash back but there is a cap of £20 on the cashback. So the most you can earn is £20. If you use any codes/discounts this will make the cash back either not track or decline sorry. If for any reason the cash back tracks lower please raise a claim for the full amount.Thank you Ashleigh

Does it include the cost of delivery in the total that can be claimed?

Mine has just tracked at the standard rate. Claim raised..

Not surprised by that. They had the same “issue” with the recent 20% eBay cashback promo; and said it’ll be corrected soon. My eBay purchase still showing as 1% though.

Quidco needs to up its game. No point offering brilliant cashback deals if they’re not going to honour it.

Can I buy £20 of chocolate and get the cashback still??

Mine has tracked with 100% excluding postage (and maybe VAT too). Still a really good offer

Why is this just a discussion and not an offer? Feel like a lot of people are going to miss this, I only found it when trying to publish it. (edited)

If it’s anything to go by with their recent 20% cashback on eBay; this will track at the usual 1-10% and you’ll either forget about it or they’ll decline the 100% cashback.

My one fixed itself today to 20%. Altogether with £5 bonus makes Quidco incredibly generous. Well done Quidco, I've stopped using TopCon already!

hi Quidco can you check this out?

They'd be bankrupt by close of business if it was 100%
    amz84uk's avatar
Yes but they won’t pay everyone the 100%

They’ll decline, refuse and many won’t bother chasing it through.

I spent £30.23 and Quidco has tracked at £36.80 so they are paying me for shipping with them hopefully.

That's weird, it says it's capped at £20?

Hello Everyone, Just wanted to drop a message as I have seen a few queries that are the same, As this is a increased offer by us the cash back may naturally track lower then uplift after 3-5 days from purchase. If this does not show after 5 days as uplifting please contact our customersupport team from your Quidco account. Thank you Ashleigh

This has become payable today. Yay! Always love a freebie even if it takes a few months.

I feel like it should be 10% and someone's mistyped! I don't trust Quidco.

Can we buy a hamper using the 20% off code and claim the £20 Cashback?
  13. amz84uk's avatar
It says max cashback as £20

But anyone else checked the T&Cs? It states offer valid from 4th February! It also states new customers only - not existing ones.

    Total mess!

How long is it taking to track, new customer and it hasn't tracked yet. (edited)

I tried posting it too. Saw it 10 minutes after I'd placed a £28 order on Moonpig. Also saw that they have 20% off gifts with the code MERRY20. I didn't even get free postage (edited)

It says "up to 100% off" when you use their 30% off first card code .. is it still 100%?

Placed an order for £18.16 (including £2.50 postage).

    Quidco tracked £13 cashback.

Not sure I should raise a claim or not. I think cashback would be nearer £12.50 if they weren't paying out on VAT and delivery charges. I'd be worried they'd end up declining all of it ...
    Wackawackaboomboom's avatar
Don't be worried over £18 is what id say. Just wait it out for the next week.

surely if this was a mistake, it would have been removed /updated from quidco by now?

I spent £16 plus £4.99 delivery. Cashback has tracked at £13.40.

Ordered 2 cards and a gift set, could have easily put in 5+ cards in that parcel alone but no they must send it separately for some reason meaning more postage charge whyyyyy
