Is anyone else having trouble purchasing a TopGiftCard from TopCashBack? Tried two different cards (debit and credit) but keeps getting automatically refunded.
My partner is facing the same thing with buying cards via Complete Savings - either there is an instant decline or immediate reversal of the transaction if payment happens. I wonder if they have the same supplier.
Are you allowing pop ups and ads? Try a different browser without any extras. You might be blocking the pop up card security box that communicates with the bank system. That has happened to me before
A family member had exactly that problem. Gave up in the end, after trying different devices, WiFi, mobile data etc. Customer services were useless.
