How we had our Nectar Points stolen, and this is how yours will be too.

    Thanks for the link. Had my points stolen a couple months back and it was annoying but thankfully only had about £40 of points on it and nectar sorted it out with a new card.

    Shameful that, A they're obviously aware this happens, and aren't prepared to fix the problem and B that you had to waste your time contacting them to get a new card, for which the same thing can happen again.

    Wow, that's appalling. Thanks for sharing the link. It's disappointing that Sainsbury don't seem to care enough to sort their system out.

    Thanks, what a crap login system. Will redeem soon. These companies don't have a clue. Adobe is another, someone in USA used my partners email address to sign up and they completely refuse to close the account.

    Shocking, what's worse is that it's the sort of thing my elderly relatives would not question, assuming they must have used their nectar points, rather than someone else pinching them via trivial means.

    At least with Asda you have to scan your account barcode first to be able to use your balance
