Hi, I'm here. Thanks for your replies. I'm just struggling at the moment because 2 people have falsely accused me of something, which I haven't done. I have to go to court on 6th March, I'm worried sick, I can't sleep or eat and I'm just filled with fear and dread. I tried the Crisis team twice and it just asked me to leave my details, but they still haven't been in touch. I've rang my doctor today and she said, go for a walk lol... I'm on the maximum dose of meds. I'm having thoughts of not wanting to be here, no plans of doing it. I've self referred for Counselling. (edited)
Hey mate. It's pretty tough being in a situation like yours. Hope you've got adequate legal advice/representation.
Whatever happens, you're important to someone. Reach out to those you trust, and allow them to support you through this.
I got some audio things to listen to about anxiety and stuff, the doctor linked me then. Happy to send them over if you want? With my mental health I never really speak to people about it on even speak to people, always keep myself to myself. Think we all suffer some kind of mental health, some more than others! You got any happy shows you like to watch? Usually cheers me up. Ted is my recommended one at the moment, been a really good laugh
