The Conexis L1 App is being replaced – Introducing Yale Home

All I can say is that I'm glad - the app was just a giant turd and you could never add new keys to it

You should have an email from Yale advising you of the switch and a link to order a new 'Yale Access Module' for £4.99. The link below is will also get you the WiFi module cheap too!!

In order to upgrade your Conexis® L1 Smart Lock to the Yale Home app, please complete the following:ORDER A MODULE + MAGNET KIT

• Visit Yale Home to get your FREE Yale Access Module + DoorSense™ Magnet (£4.99 admin charge applies)
• Within 6 weeks, your Yale Access Module + DoorSense™ Magnet will be delivered

UPDATE YOUR LOCK

• Install the Module in your lock and attach your DoorSense™ Magnet
• Download the Yale Home app, create an account and set-up your account, you can not sign in with your Conexis L1 app credentials.

MIGRATE YOUR ACCESS & CLOSE YOUR OLD ACCOUNT

• If you had any Key Fobs or Tags enabled in your Yale Conexis® L1 app, they will require a new setup in the Yale Home app. Please relink these to your Conexis® L1 before trying to use them.
• If you had any Virtual Keys set up in your Conexis® L1 app, you will need to set these up again in the Yale Home app, notifying everyone with a virtual key, and asking them to download the Yale Home app.
• Delete your Conexis® L1 App account by visiting Preferences, About, and selecting the red Remove Account button.
