Octopus app down ?

Hi, just had a WhatsApp notification to join a saving session today at 6pm.
Tried to go on the app to take part and the apps just a constant loading sign and when i managed to get past that, my details are all missing like im not a customer and cant do anything
Anyone else having issues before o contact them ?

    Out of the 7 accounts I look after, I've not had a single notification. Why can't they auto enlist us, or use the email or app system. Why should we have to subscribe to yet another pointless comm service?

    I didn't even know there was a saving session yesterday until i got the notification for todays and saw there was 9ne yesterday which i didn't get a notification for on WhatsApp, losd of rubbish

    I tried around this time, the newer app didn't show a saving session, the older app just hung. I tried about an hour later and both apps were working fine. Probably loads of people opting in at the same time and overloaded the server.

    Another session tonight Saturday 02 March
    1800 to 1830hrs.
    First they change the formula to make the savings worth a lot less, then they drop the qualifying time so that we earn naff all

    Yh not going to bother soon, just not worth the hassle unless you're charging an ev at tea time regularly
