16" tall x 10" wide each letter, in GOLD, balloons, that spell out Happy Birthday (in most cases all letters should be included, check before writing a review though!
These aren't supplied with Helium air, so will not 'float' unless you fill them with it yourself.
Self sealing tails to keep air in
Does come with a roll of ribbon that you can string across the room and attach these letters to the ribbon though. to hang from.
Supposedly can be reused, it depends how careful you are when inflating said balloons.
