Such a good deal i thought. Even though I'm already a 3 customer I'll tell all my family about it. Two of them clicked through at between 11pm and 11.30pm. 30-60 minutes should be more than enough time to complete a pretty simple order, right?
Both attempts (different devices, locations, ISPs) froze on the credit check screen (no credit issues). Wouldn't go any further. An attempt to restart the order still with plenty of time to spare just led to flashing dots on the Three page and wouldn't go any further, no matter the browser or device.
So deal lost, and 2 prospective Three customers will now most probably never go near them ever again.
Way to go, Three! And as for TCB, whose bright idea was it to run a Black Friday promo on Thursday, ?!? (edited)
