Quidco Issue

Chose to purchase through Quidco and item from Argos in November.

Kept track of everything until I receive an email today where they say "Nope, retailer says no".

I've used topshback dozens of times and never had an issue, first time with Quidco and they don't work.

So Quidco is basically a scam right, is there any way I could speak with an actual customer service agent?
