Passport Application Fees Going Up Next Week (11th April) - Renew Now!

Hey Guys;

Just giving a heads up for those who don't know, the 10th April is the last day you can renew before the fees go up on the 11th. Link showing full news update: gov.uk/gov…ees

So if yours is due to expire soon, might be worth doing. Made my application yesterday as my passport expires next month!

Prices are disgusting if someone wanted to apply by post.
I take my own pics on mobile using a white/cream background be it a wall or wardrobe and apply online. Done 5 and 2 more to do this week as they expire in January and I’m going on holiday in summer so they are 1 month short!

Far easier online, I just did mine a few weeks ago and I was pleasantly surprised the photo booth in Tesco now emails you a photo as well as gives you a code to enter for the online application renewal and up popped my photo, it was 12 years since I last did it, got the new passport in 1.5 weeks.

Not sure why anyone would want to faff around filling it in old school style on paper. (edited)
