Paypal Japan to buy off switch Japan eshop

Hello
Hope someone can help..

I've managed to set up the Japan Nintendo eshop on my switch.

Now trying to setup PayPal Japan but it's not working.

Keeps saying post code isn't right even though I've inputted a Japanese postcode :/

How can I get a japan PayPal account please?

Can you buy PayPal "vouchers" or similar, without having an account?

Perhaps they are matching payment details to account details, so if you are using a UK card then it won't match. The 16 digit number is not only personal, but it defines payment type (MasterCard etc) and country of origin

I think you'll need to buy Japanese eshop vouchers though, or buy the game as a digital code from the likes of Amazon.jp (edited)
