    Confused this with the SSD230S model. The SSD225S doesn't have dram. Expired.

    This basically has TLC cache but no DRAM.

    I would just purchase the Crucial BX500 over this for better software support or better still the MX500 to get that precious DRAM cache (edited)

    Bit like the 4TB SSD230S on Amazon, price is going up and down like a yoyo at the moment.
