Neal Davis and Steven Maarek are both highly regarded tutors their courses are designed to get you to pass the AWS certificates.

My advice here is

These courses are not beginner courses, they also are designed to get you to pass the exam so miss important real world usage in depth.

You should use these if you already have experience with AWS or have a strong IT background.

As a beginner I recommend learntocloud.guide to get a full understanding of what is required to get into DevOPs and Cloud Engineering and it goes far beyond these courses.

Certifications don't get you jobs, experience does and you demonstrate that with a portfolio of real world applicable projects. That's not to say AWS certs aren't with doing but you really need to couple them with experience so as a beginner this is going to miss out a huge portion of the learning requirements for job roles.

Please review learntocloud as linked above for all the fundamental skills you require and a plan/guide to obtain those skills. If you have no experience you're doing it backwards training for these certifications. You need fundamentals in all the areas described in learntocloud and to progress efficiently. (edited)

Howdy, if you’ve got the chance to expense it at work I’d recommend the Adrian Cantrill courses over here learn.cantrill.io - be warned, it’ll take many more hours but is great at teaching concepts from fundamentals. Would also recommend to not skip any labs in any course as theyre the most useful parts for using AWS in practice. I’d usually recommend courses like the Udemy ones if you’re looking to just pass a cert and pad the CV (though if you’re taking this approach, just cram all the questions from a site like examtopic)
