    Brick ?
Those bits wouldn’t drill through brick would they

You think they will drill through steel but not brick? Brick is really quite soft in comparison.
Why would you use them for brick is more the question, it would be much more preferable to use masonry bits

I doubt these are Cobalt. Pictures look like titanium coated. Found the same set on AliExpress for about £15, same description and pictures and it says Titanium HSS.
Reading the reviews on OnBuy, all the good reviews tend to be from those who haven't used them yet. Those who have tend to say they bend when drilling thin metal and even on soft wood they're rubbish.
    I think I'll pass. (edited)

Mate of mine bought these for a gamble, they are absolutely terrible. Definitely not cobalt, I doubt they're even hss... Just badly machined monkey metal painted gold

well as you pay by paypal, just raise case, mention that and you get a full refund, there is no "gamble" here

No way these are proper cobalt bits, which have a sort of brown/bronze tint to them.

I had some of these type ages ago and they melted drilling through aluminium.
