    The Ikea cables are very good too at the same price. Perhaps better as they are braided. I find the regular apple silicone cables fail at the neck of the lightning connector

    Just received this cable from MyMemory. You can instantly tell it’s not a genuine Apple cable. No box whatsoever and the cable is about 3x as thick as my Apple one. I shall be returning with a complaint.

    What do the end connectors look like can you take a close up photo right inside them?

    the amazon one came in apple packaging  incouldnt find any errors or weirdness on it.

    I'm a little confused, I'm new to the Apple market could someone please example to me whats the difference between USB C and Type-C when it comes to charging ?
    & Which was have the highest Watts when it comes to charging your iPhone? Cheers

    Usb c and type c both refer to the connector

    all apple chargers are usb c now

    for i phone u need usb c to lightning you should have got one with your phone

    macbooks and some ipads use usbc to usb c leads

    you can charge an iphone with any apple charger, the bigger watts the faster it charges.

    i would recommend only buy apple chargers.

    thats what ive done for 15 years and its been fine.


    i often use my mac book pro charger to charge my iphone it does it really fast. Its like most of a charge in about 15 mins or so

    I also received the same as above - cable arrived wrapped with a rubber band around inside a plastic bag (Apple part number stickered) and doesn't feel of the best quality! Genuine Apple cables are supplied in a box. I contacted support and was refunded without question. Either MyMemory are knowingly selling fakes, or they're not even sure themselves! I'd think twice about ordering from them again now. I thought I was buying from a reputable company?
