If I have a 100w Ugreen Power Adapter. would that be better for my Lenovo?

Your Lenovo supports only so many Watts charging. A more powerful charger will not make a difference. If your Lenovo charges at 65w, this will deliver 65w, and your Ugreen will deliver the same. The ugreen is pocket friendly, more versatile, and future proof in comparison to this one. (edited)

incidentally I bought 2x of the wall adaptor type (65w) on amazon for £11 each... annoyingly expensive for what they are.

£11 for 65w wall charger is a bargain. I'm assuming you've got unknown brands, otherwise a 65w is £20-30 when on sale. The wall adaptor is better than a laptop brick IMO. You get more ports (depending on the model) and it is smaller. I've replaced my laptop power brick with wall chargers as they are more versatile.

Is it worth getting this one or getting one of those 100w charger bricks by Urgreen? As they are more compatible than this one but more expensive

Difference between this and last weeks i believe is the manufacturer one being chicony and the other delta.

Not sure which one is which though. (edited)
