Just got the 'used like new' option. The box was a bit battered but the speaker was clearly just a return and in perfect condition. Depending on your use case, this is an excellent speaker for the price. It sounds much better than a lot of the competition at this price point if you want a bit of precision rather than just bass volume. Because it doesn't have a battery and isn't waterproof, they don't have to make the same price/performance compromises, and it plugs directly into the mains so it is very neat indoors. It looks like an old school hifi speaker, it is reassuringly heavy, and mostly feels very well put together. Oddly the instructions for pairing don't seem to work as printed. I had a bit of a random buttom pressing frenzy before I actually got the speaker listed on my phone but then it paired nicely and it works flawlessly. The buttons rather let it down because they don't look or feel as expensive as the rest of it.
