Depends on what you're going to use it for. I use my tablet almost exclusively for watching movies; an iPad has the wrong aspect ratio for this as it's too square (unless they've changed shape since I last checked)

Yoga has more ram I think (8gb) but is bulkier with the speaker and stand. All about preference. Older I'd say Yoga. Kids I'd say this.

It's probably twice as fast as your current tablet. This tablets processor coupled with ram is on par if not slightly better than any device with a Snapdragon 730g (mid range and more common in devices), for comparison if your tablet has the Exynos 7904 processor presuming bought new 2019 than that 730g processor is nearly twice as fast as the one in your tablet and this tablet has a better processor than the snapdragon, so to answer your question this one is in a different league so is a definite upgrade.

Only caveat with Lenovo is support but internet searches and user comments suggest it's got the new android 12l tablet orientated version (edited)

Lcd on p11 plus is very decent, watched few fhd trailers and all looks great, and android 12 is big improvement from 11..., many people online confirmed..
