£214.99 with code down from £619.99. Free delivery. From Wiggle/CRC.

Currently available in 19" and 21" frames. I will post a picture of sizing chart below if I can find one.

This is the cheapest I have seen a bike with reasonable components before going into the bottom end bikes which I wouldn't advise from Argos/etc.

If you paid more you would get hydraulic brakes and a single or double Chainset (this has 3).

If you're looking for a cheap run around and not a full on commuter bike this will be fine.

It has a low top tube which were previously sold as ladies bikes due to the ease getting on an off the bike in a skirt, now they're advertised as for both.

It doesn't have the weight but I would estimate around 14kg which isn't light but isn't terrible either and to be expected at this price.

3x7 gears might be unfashionable, but it's ideal for a budget hybrid, if you live somewhere with hills. Cheapness of replacing chains and cassettes is also a bonus with 7-speed (I've always thought 5/6/7-speed chains last a bit longer too but I could be imagining it.)

I agree, I would personally just use the middle ring, 3x doesn't bother me but it's just a bit out of fashion. I have 1x on my MTB though because of the mud!

Suitable for a 5-5'4" woman? Or any cheap alternatives?

You would need a small I think, just looked - XS or Medium would be £275 in this one with the code, this also has hydraulic brakes, I like the look of it:
